Questions

What happens when my update window ends?

Nothing breaks. The licence is perpetual — the last version you downloaded keeps running in production forever, with no watermark and no features withdrawn. Renewing only buys another window of new releases, and it is optional. Agency never renews at all.

How are project counts enforced?

They aren't. Project counts are licence terms, not a runtime limit. The package never contacts a server and never blocks a site; php artisan filamentcraft:doctor simply reports which tier your key carries. Buy the tier that matches how you use it.

Can I use it on client projects?

Yes. Studio covers five production projects, owned by you or built by you for clients. Agency covers unlimited. Local and staging environments never count toward the total.

Is the source included, or is it obfuscated?

Your key authenticates installs from our private Composer registry at packages.filamentcraft.dev. You run composer require filamentcraft/filamentcraft and the full PHP, Blade, CSS and JS source lands in vendor/ like any other package. Nothing is encrypted or minified beyond the shipped asset bundles. Read it, and patch it in your own project if you need to.

Which Filament and Laravel versions are supported?

Filament 4 and 5, on Livewire 3 or 4, with Laravel 11, 12 or 13 and PHP 8.2+. One codebase supports both — Composer resolves the pair your app already has. See Getting started.

What if I want a refund?

Email hello@filamentcraft.dev within 14 days and we refund in full, no questions asked. You can also go through Paddle at paddle.net with the receipt they sent you. Full Refund Policy.

Why does my receipt say Wiser Pocket?

Wiser Pocket is our registered company; FilamentCraft is the product. Paddle acts as merchant of record and shows the registered name on the invoice and your card statement.

Is there a trial?

No time-limited key, but the hosted demo is the real product with nothing removed — anonymous, no signup, and you can build and publish pages in it. That plus the 14-day refund window means you can evaluate the whole thing at no risk.
